Bailey and Blake did an experiment today in how color effects the absorbtion of heat. The black side was a couple of degrees warmer all day long. We checked the water temperature every hour and Bailey and Blake took turns recording the data. After it was all collected, they did an average of the temperatures for each side and then took the difference. Ethan was curious what we were doing. Anna Grace was gracious enough to cooperate all day long and let the little scientists work.
